Refrigerators & freezers
Not cooling, ice buildup, leaks, noisy compressors or ice-maker trouble.
Request refrigerator service →A refrigerator that stops cooling. A washer that won't drain. One more problem in an already busy day. Tell us what's happening — we'll help you find a clear next step, an arrival window that works for you, and a written quote before repair work begins.
You don't need to know the technical name of the problem. Just tell us what your appliance is doing — or what it isn't doing.

A little clarity can make an unexpected appliance problem feel more manageable.
The brand, model, error message, and when the issue began can help us prepare. Don't worry if you can't find every detail.
Describe your issue →Check whether the door closes fully and avoid repeated opening. If food has warmed, follow food-safety guidance rather than guessing.
Ask for guidance →Stop the appliance, keep clear of standing water near electricity, and shut off the water supply if it is safe to do so.
Talk with AHMA →Service-area updates, practical maintenance guides and AHMA announcements will appear here when published. We won't fill this space with invented news or customer stories.
Our initial focus is the Hollywood–Fort Lauderdale–North Miami corridor. Actual availability depends on technician coverage and the appointment requested. Other areas are planned as the team grows.
Ask about your ZIP code →No. A technician can explain the diagnosis and provide a written estimate. You decide whether to proceed. Any applicable diagnostic charge should be disclosed before the visit.
Yes. Start with what the appliance is doing or not doing. A brand and model number are helpful if available, but you can request a conversation first.
A requested window is confirmed only after our dispatch system accepts the booking. If availability can't be verified, we'll show a clear message and direct you to phone assistance.
Switch on Emergency +$50 above the schedule. The additional $50 is added to the displayed service-call price. You may also request certain standard-reserved windows for priority review; this does not displace emergency appointments or guarantee an arrival. The dispatcher must accept the request, and any final fee is confirmed before a visit.
Applicable warranty coverage and exclusions are provided in writing with the approved estimate or invoice. Please review those terms before authorizing work.
Tell us what you need. We'll confirm if it falls within our scope, service area and any applicable licensing requirements.
